LeeAnne is our Clinic Manager and Billing Coordinator. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the services you received, your insurance claim or account balance, LeeAnne is the person to call.
LeeAnne has the challenging task of coordinating benefits and claim submission between Spectrum Eye Care (the service provider), insurance companies and our patients. Most claims and/or services are submitted/billed without complication. However, there will always be a minimal number of claims or account balances that generate patient questions/concerns. In such an event, please be patient and understanding and LeeAnne will do her best to solve any potential billing and/or balance concerns.
