LeeAnne
| LeeAnne is our Office Administrator and Billing Coordinator. She has been with Spectrum Eye Care since its beginning. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the services you received, your insurance claim or account balance, LeeAnne is the person to call.
LeeAnne has the challenging task of coordinating benefits and claim submission between Spectrum Eye Care (the service provider), insurance companies and our patients. Most claims and/or services are submitted/billed without complication. However, there will always be a minimal number of claims or account balances that generate patient questions/concerns. In such an event, please be patient and understanding and LeeAnne will do her best to solve any potential billing and/or balance concerns. |

Cindi is our Receptionist. As the primary contact for our patients, Cindi is usually
the first voice you hear on the phone and the first face you meet when you come
into our office. As our receptionist,
Cindi will schedule your appointment, update your information and make sure your
appointment with us starts smoothly. |

Karla

Karla is our primary Dispensing Technician/Assistant. She is an excellent asset when it comes to selecting frames and lenses. Karla will make sure you get the right frame so you look great and help you choose the most appropriate lenses to meet you lifestyle and/or occupational visual needs. Karla is bilingual helping our Spanish-speaking patients receive comprehensive eye care. When needed, Karla assists Dezarae and Dr. Scott with examinations. |

Dezarae
| Dezarae is Dr. Scott's primary Technician/Assistant and is the person most likely to begin your pre-testing, whether routine or medical, prior to Dr. Scott beginning his exam. Dezarae also performs most of the special tests, such as visual fields and retinal imaging. Dezarae is the primary contact lens technician. When needed, Dezarae assists Karla in dispensing duties. |
